数字化多媒体教室建设和管理的几点经验

摘要 作为数字化校园终端部分的多媒体教室，其建设和管理是一个非常重要的课题。根据多年的工作经验和总结，从系统的稳定、技术的引进、贴心的服务等几方面进行介绍。以上几种措施经过时间的检验并取得良好的效果，提高了管理效率，降低了管理成本，保障了教学秩序的正常进行。

Abstract Multimedia classroom, as the terminal portion of the digital campus, the construction and management is a very important topic. According to many years of work experience, from the system stability, the introduction of technology, attentive service we do some introductions. After the test of time and have achieved good results, the measures improve management efficiency, reduce management costs, guarantee the normal teaching order.

随着数字化校园建设的蓬勃发展，作为数字化校园终端部分的多媒体教室其建设和管理是一个非常重要的课题。作为建设者和管理者，不但要考虑到技术的发展，还要全面考虑系统整体的稳定性；不但要提供扎实的技术支持，还要提供细致的人性化服务。根据多年的工作经验和总结，笔者从以下几方面与同行进行探讨。

1 稳定的系统是核心

北京工业大学校2005年之前只有独立控制的几十间多媒体教室，经过6年的建设发展，目前已拥有分布在5栋楼的226间网络集中控制型多媒体教室。而目前多媒体教室众多且分散和管理人员相对缺少的矛盾越来越突出，对多媒体设备和中控系统稳定的要求越来越明显。

1.1 中控系统的稳定

中控系统属于多媒体教室的“中枢神经”部分。网络集中控制做到的只是将独立控制的多媒体教室纳入到中控室进行集中控制，仅仅是向前走了一步，这一步走得好不好关键在于中控系统的稳定。一套稳定的中控系统应该具备以下几个特征：软硬件上采用前沿的技术；……
