健康教育在未婚女大学生行无痛人工流产术中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨对行无痛人工流产术的未婚女大学生实施健康教育的效果。 方法 对行无痛人工流产术的1 015例未婚女大学生实施健康教育，观察实施后效果。 结果 1 015例患者术程顺利，均表示健康教育能减轻其负性情绪和心理负担；术后将更好保护自己，将主要精力用于完成学业中。 结论 对实施无痛人工流产的未婚女大学生进行健康教育具有重要的意义，急需学校、社区、媒体等多个层面共同参与。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of health education for the unmarried college students taking painless abortion. Methods One thousand and fifteen unmarried college students taking painless abortion were implied with health education. The effects were observed in the perioperative period. Results One thousand and fifteen patients with a smooth operation process, all health education could reduce the said negative emotional and psychological burden; Postoperative would better protect themselves, would be mainly used to complete their studies in energy. Conclusion The painless abortion unmarried female college students health education has an important meaning, school, community, the media are in urgent need of various levels in common.

無痛人工流产术是妇女意外怀孕被迫终止妊娠的有效方法之一，由于手术比较简单安全、无痛苦，加上近年来无痛人工流产广告片面过分宣扬其无痛、损伤小的特点，以致部分妇女特别是未婚年轻女性误认为人工流产是一件轻松安全、对人体无伤害的操作，而忽视了避孕[1]。广东省中医院大学城医院地处广州大学城，长期为一定数量的未婚女大学生实施无痛人工流产术，为了使这些患者能更好全面地了解手术给自己身体带来的伤害及术后可能出现的各种并发症、后遗症，强化自身防护，维护自身健康，从2008年开始科室对施行无痛人工流产术的未婚女大学生进行普及健康教育，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2008年1月～2012年3月在广东省中医院大学城医院实施无痛人工流产术的未婚女大学生1 015例，年龄17～30岁，孕周小于10周。……
