关于龙岗中医院建筑设计浅析

【摘要】随着人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对于医疗设施包括医院建筑的设计给予了更多的关注，提出了更高的要求。医院建筑的设计也随着社会要求的变化，出现了新的理念与手法，适应建设现代化医院的需求。本文结合工程实践，分析了龙岗区中医院总体规划构思、总体规划平面功能布置、绿色医院及东方意境，创造一个情感健康的康复环境，体现对病人、医护人员及来访者的同等关怀是我们另一个关注的问题。

【Abstract】with the improvement of people's life, people for medical facilities including hospital building design given more attention, put forward higher request. The hospital building design also along with the social requirements change, the emergence of a new idea and technique, to adapt to the needs of the construction of modern hospitals. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper analyzes the district general hospital of planning idea, overall planning planar function layout, green hospital and eastern artistic conception, create an emotional health recovery environment, reflect to the patient, health care providers, and the same level of care is our visitors another concern.

1、工程概述

龙岗区中医院位于深圳市龙岗区中心城组团西南方，建设用地北临清辉路，东临黄阁路。规划用地面积57293平方米，规划总建筑面积77500平方米；床位数500，容积率1.01，住院部大楼高度64米，15层。是深圳市已建成的最大的中医医院。如下图1所示：

龙岗区中医院要成为坚持中西医结合、以中医为主、西医为辅，具有明显中医特色和优势，集医疗、科研、教学、保健、康复、培训、社区服务等功能为一体的现代化综合性医院。

2、医院建筑设计的前期策划

医院建筑设计是建筑设计领域相当复杂、专业性极强的项目。它既要满足医院内部医疗技术功能各部分合理管理、操作的体系；又要为病人、医护人员从心理学角度提供一个舒适、温馨、优美的就医、诊疗环境；同时，要有一个具有医院本身内涵与地方特色的造型。以上三者相结合的设计方案是不可能通过一个或一个半月的“闭门造车”所能完成的。……
