从“需”入手,构建平安医院安全防范系统

【摘要】很多医院对安全防范系统建设的确花费了大量的投入，但比较遗憾的是这些安全防范系统很难发挥系统其应有的安全保障以及智能化管理的作用。主要问题一是没有很好的针对医院需求，和医院的业务特点结合不够；二是与医院的其他安全管理措施相结合不够，往往也没有专业人员值守和值勤；三是缺乏有效的使用、管理和维护，几年下来，不少系统也基本上废置不用了。

【Abstract】Many hospitals have spent a large amount of investment on the security system construction, but it is a pity that these security system is difficult to play its due to system security and intelligent management role. The main problem is not the hospital needs good, service and hospital characteristics with not enough; two other measures of safety management and hospital combination is not enough, often there is no professional staff on duty and duty; the three is the lack of maintenance and management, effective, after several years, many systems are basically abandoned.

引言

近年来，创建平安医院已经成为现代化医院建设的必然诉求。很多医院或多或少、或早或晚、或新或旧建设了安全防范系统。很多医院对安全防范系统建设的确花费了大量的投入，但比较遗憾的是这些安全防范系统很难发挥系统其应有的安全保障以及智能化管理的作用。主要问题一是没有很好的针对医院需求，和医院的业务特点结合不够；二是与医院的其他安全管理措施相结合不够，往往也没有专业人员值守和值勤；三是缺乏有效的使用、管理和维护，几年下来，不少系统也基本上废置不用了。那么，怎样的一套安全防范系统，才能满足平安医院建设的需求？笔者认为，要从“需”、“理”、“营”三方面去着手。工作中，经常讲“随需应变”。分析现代化的医院对于安防的需求，不但要针对医院的地理和业务特点，还要针对不同医院的管理和功能特点。本文仅从安全需求的角度来分析一个现代化医院的安防需求到底有哪些。……
