高校辅导员的角色冲突及其自我应对

摘要：随着经济社会以及高等教育的不断发展，高校辅导员的工作领域不断延伸，所扮演的角色越来越多。高校辅导员集教育者、管理者、服务者、协调者、研究者等角色于一体，各种角色之间产生冲突在所难免。本文从高校辅导员角色冲突的表现以及形成因素入手分析，在角色认知、角色期待以及角色规划方面提出高校辅导员面对角色冲突时的自我应对策略。

Role Conflicts of University Counselor and Self-Regulation

Abstract：With the constant development of economics and higher education，the work areas of university counselor have been extending continuously and the roles the counselor plays become more and more. In actually work，the university counselor plays many different roles，such as，educator，administrator，server，coordinator and researcher，etc. Inevitably，there are lots of different role conflicts between the roles the university counselor plays. This paper starts from the specific performances and formative factors of role conflicts and come up with the self-coping strategies based on role cognition，role expectation and role planning.

高校辅导员是高等学校学生思想政治工作的骨干力量，主要从事大学生思想政治教育和日常行为管理工作，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。高校辅导员所从事的教育活动是一种特殊的社会活动。随着时间、空间的变化，辅导员与学生、教育内容及各种教育环境之间构成不同的关系，表现出不同的行为，并扮演不同的角色。近年来，高校辅导员的工作领域不断延伸，角色内涵越来越丰富多变，已从单纯的思想政治教育扩展为集教育、领导、管理、服务等为一体。随着高校辅导角色身份的增多，在诸多不同的角色扮演与角色期待下，不可避免面临角色冲突，主要表现在扮演角色过多、期望混乱、认知不清等方面的困扰与压力。因此，研究辅导员角色定位，正确应对角色冲突，妥善解决角色冲突的问题对于高校辅导员个人发展和学生工作非常重要。
