中国特色社会主义道路对发展中国家的借鉴价值

[摘 要]中国特色社会主义道路对发展中国家具有借鉴意义。相似的经历、共同的任务、不附加任何政治条件的援助和合作，都使这些国家对中国具有天然的亲切感。中国特色社会主义建设成功经验的借鉴价值有：从本国实际出发，走符合本国国情的发展道路，走独立自主的发展道路，正确处理改革、发展和稳定的关系。

On the reference value of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics for developing country

Abstract：The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is beneficial reference for the developing countries. Similar experiences， common tasks and unconditional political aid and cooperation make these countries intrinsically close to China. The successful experiences of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics inspiring emotional resonance are： tracking the way which is in line with the situation of its development from its own reality，taking the way of independent development to handle the relationship among reform， development and stability correctly.

列宁说过：“社会主义有榜样的力量”“必须实际地表明，即用榜样来表明共产主义的意义。”[1]邓小平认为中国特色社会主义道路“不但是给占世界总人口3/4的第三世界走出了一条路，更重要的是向人类表明，社会主义是必由之路，社会主义优于资本主义。”[2]225

具有中国特色和时代特征的中国特色社会主义道路，既是世界的，又是中国的；既是个别的，又是一般的；既是普遍的，又是特殊的；既是历史的，又是时代的。世界各国都有自己的历史文化传统、实践经验，都独立自主地实行本国的发展战略，形成自己独特的发展模式和发展道路，但是必须承认，在历史经历相似、所处时代相同的情况下，后发展国家的道路面临某种共性的问题，具有共性的历史任务，在这种情况下，国家进行建设必须吸收人类一切文明成果发展自己，这其中，当然也包括中国特色社会主义建设所形成的具有普遍意义的经验。
