农村小学生成就目标定向与考试焦虑的关系研究

摘 要 目的：探讨农村小学生成就目标定向现状及其与考试焦虑之间的关系。方法：采用考试焦虑量表和成就目标定向量表对270名农村小学学生进行调查。通过方差分析、相关分析及逐步回归分析得出数据结果。结果：农村小学生考试焦虑在性别有显著性差异，成就目标定向在年级上有显著性差异。成就目标定向因素中的成绩回避与忧虑性、情绪性因子呈显著正相关；掌握回避与忧虑性、情绪性因子呈显著正相关；掌握趋近与忧虑性、情绪性因子呈显著负相关。结论：成就目标定向各变量对考试焦虑有显著的预测效果。

Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between the status quo and its orientation and test anxiety among rural primary school achievement goals. Methods of Test Anxiety Scale and the achievement goal orientation Scale 270 rural primary school students were investigated. Get data results by analysis of variance， correlation and stepwise regression. The results of test anxiety rural pupils have significant differences in gender； achievement goal orientation was significant difference in the grade. Achievement goal orientation factor in performance avoidance and anxiety， emotional factor was a significant positive correlation； grasp avoidance and anxiety， emotional factor was a significant positive correlation； grasp approaching and anxiety， emotional factor was significantly negatively correlated. Conclusion achievement goal orientation of each variable on test anxiety has significant predictive effect.

0 前言

从现在众多的动机理论来看，成就目标理论是近20年来最有影响的动机观点之一（Elliot，1997；Pintrich和Schunk，1996；Weiner，1990）。该理论关注的是个体为什么被激发，强调个体如何看待自己，如何看待任务本身，以及对自己取得成绩的重要性的看法，并根据个体知觉到的目标特点，划分出：掌握目标和成绩目标。农村小学生的成就目标定向是其学习心理状态的重要表现，对农村小学生的身心健康与学习生活有着极其重要影响。成就目标定向无疑会对个人对任务完成时的焦虑情况有着至关重要的影响。本研究探讨农村小学生考试焦虑现状及其与成就目标定向之间的关系，对这些问题的探讨将有助于了解农村留守儿童的学习状况，同时对于学校心理健康教育的开展也有借鉴意义。……
