高职高专医药应用统计课程中上机辅助练习的必要性调查

摘 要 选取我院2010级中药和中药制药技术专业专科学生248名，在讲授医药应用统计课程时，中药专业（对照组，116人）纯理论教学，中药制药技术专业（实验组，132人）用“理论教学+上机辅助练习”教学模式，期末通过抽签方式随机抽题考核，并对考核成绩进行分析。实验发现对照组考核平均成绩52.79分，实验组83.21分，两组平均成绩有显著性差异（P<0.05）。

Abstract 248 students who enrolled in our college in 2010 and are majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Technology have been selected to participate in the Medicine Application Statistics Course. The Traditional Chinese Medicine majors （control group， 116 students） were taught mainly from pure theoretical approach while the Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Technology majors （experimental group， 132 students） were taught in "theory plus computer-aided practice" mode. At the end of the semester， the students' learning effectiveness was assessed by answering randomly selected questions and their achievements were analyzed. It was found that the average score of the control group was 52.79， whereas the average score of the experimental group was 83.21. There was a remarkable difference between the achievements of the two groups.

医药应用统计是应用概率论与数理统计的原理和方法，对医药、生物等相关领域研究对象的数据资料信息进行搜集、整理、分析和解释，以显示其总体特征和统计规律性的应用科学。①是我院中药和中药制药技术两个高职高专专业开设的一门专业基础课，教学大纲要求通过本课程学习，学生掌握必要统计软件应用技能，由于课程性质、课时安排、教学设施等原因，以往教学多采用纯理论教学，软件应用由教师通过多媒体进行演示。高职高专以培养高素质技能型人才为目标，实践教学是实现这一目标的重要途径，是应用型人才培养的关键，它与理论教学相辅相成，是其他教学环节不可替代的。因此，我院在医药应用统计课程教学中引入“理论教学+上机辅助练习”教学模式，并对具体实施方案作初步探索，以期制订出一套适合本课程的科学、合理教学模式。

1 对象与方法

1.1 对象
