对港澳台研究生招生工作的分析与思考

摘 要 面向港澳台地区招收研究生，既是加强内地与港澳台地区教育互动与交流的重要通道，也是人才选拔与培养的重要途径。本文以浙江大学历年港澳台研究生招生与录取的情况为例，分析在招生工作中存在招生条件和招生专业分布不合理，宣传渠道单一、时间紧、针对性弱等问题。内地高校为进一步吸引和选拔港澳台地区优秀人才，需要加强招生宣传，提高宣传针对性；需要进一步改善服务管理和人才培养。

Analysis and Reflections on the Hong Kong，

Macao and Taiwan Graduate Enrollment

Abstract For Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan regions to recruit graduate students， both the mainland and Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan strengthen the important regional education channel interaction and communication， but also an important way to personnel selection and training. In this paper， the case of Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan over the years， Zhejiang University Graduate Admissions example， analysis of existing conditions admissions and enrollment professionals' unreasonable distribution， publicity channels for a single， time is tight， focused and weak admissions work. Mainland universities to attract talented people and selection of Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan regions， the need to strengthen recruitment campaigns to raise publicity targeted； need to further improve service management and personnel training.

1 近年来我校港澳台研究生招生的基本情况

1.1 招生与选拔模式

每年十月中旬左右教育部办公厅将公布关于做好下一年面向港澳台地区招收研究生工作的通知，根据通知下达的招生规定与要求，我校研究生招生工作领导小组召开港澳台招生工作会议，全面部署招生宣传、招生命题、制卷、机要寄送、阅卷等有关考务管理工作。

招生类别包括公费全日制研究生，该类研究生在学期间免交学费并享有学校普通奖学金和公费医疗待遇；以及自费全日制研究生、自费兼读研究生，该类研究生在校期间按学校的规定交纳学费（学费额度和大陆学生相同）。此外，全日制在校研究生，可以申请国家设立的台湾、港澳及华侨学生奖学金。

1.2 报考与录取趋势上升

随着内地越来越多的高等院校开放对港澳台地区的招生政策，港澳台地区学生报考内地高等院校研究生的人数也呈递增趋势。……
