研究生招生与录取量变分析与招考选拔制度改革探索

摘 要 研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的主要途径，提高研究生招生质量是研究生教育的关键因素，研究生报考是继公务员报考之后的全国第二大报考热点。本文通过对浙江大学历年研究生报名与录取情况、以及不同类型的录取情况进行比较与分析，阐述了浙江大学如何从“规模增长”逐步注重“质量提高”的过程，并对今后研究生招生模式的发展提出了进一步的改进措施。

Recruitment Selection System Reform

——Take Zhejiang University Graduate Admissions Analysis as an example

Abstract Graduate education is the main way to cultivate high-level innovative talents to improve the quality of graduate enrollment is a key factor in graduate education； graduate applicants following the country's second largest civil service applicants apply hotspot. Through the years， Zhejiang University graduate student enrollment and admissions， as well as different types of admission were compared and analyzed， explained how from Zhejiang University， "the scale of growth" progressive focus on "quality improvement" process， and the future development of graduate enrollment patterns made further improvements.

研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的主要途径，提高研究生招生质量是研究生教育的关键因素。研究生报考是继公务员报考之后的全国第二大报考热点，受就业及各方面的影响，每年全国研究生报考规模都在不断增长，浙江大学作为全国重点综合性院校之一，每年的招生规模也呈上升趋势，在该趋势之下，如何实现“规模增长”到“质量提高”的转变是研究生教育必须关注的重大问题。

1 历年硕士研究生招生基本情况

近几年，随着国家各项改革措施的不断深入，尤其是2010年《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》颁布之后，更加明确了未来十年研究生教育改革发展目标任务，研究生招生工作作为人才选拔的门槛显得尤为重要，越来越多的大学生加入到考研大军当中，研究生招生与录取的规模不断增长（图1）
