省属高等院校硕士研究生科研创新能力的问题与分析

摘 要 省属高等院校硕士研究生培养过程中发现，研究生的科研活动出现了质量整体下滑、学术道德缺失以及创新能力不高等不良发展趋势。而长期以来的应试教育，学习动机异化以及科研兴趣扭曲是造成这种现象的主要制约因素。对此，可以尝试通过对接研究生招生制度与科研管理制度，建立学术交流研讨制度以及规范科研记录管理加以改善。

Abstract The quality of Graduate student scientific research activities declines in the overall lacking of Academic moral and innovation ability. The main factor is exam-oriented education， Learning motivation alienation and distorted research interest. To improve this situation， it should dock the recruit system with the scientific research management system， build the academic exchange discussion system， and standard research records management.

1 省属高等院校硕士研究生科研创新活动的现状分析

一是科研创新质量整体下滑。研究生的科研质量与科研水平既是学校人才培养质量的标志，也反映出学校科学研究水平和创新能力的高低。从整体上看，我国研究生的培养质量，尤其是科研能力正在严重下滑。最近，西南大学高等教育研究所的一项实证调查研究通过对1077 名硕士研究生科研活动现状的抽样调查，结果表明：硕士研究生对科研活动目的的认识普遍模糊，相当一部分硕士研究生科研活动目的具有明显的功利性； 硕士研究生科研活动意愿普遍不强烈；在科研活动时间上存在知易行难现象； 科研活动成果数量不多、质量不高。①实证调查所反映出的研究生科研能力质量问题一方面佐证了国内对研究生培养质量的基本判断，同时也给研究生的培养单位提出了警示。

二是科研道德问题日益严重。与研究生的科研能力的下降相比，更为严重的是科研道德的滑坡。……
