我国转基因食品安全的伦理困境

摘要 随着转基因技术的发展，关于转基因食品安全性问题的争论越来越激烈。目前人们既不能确定转基因食品的安全性，又面对可能存在的粮食危机和潜在的经济风险。在对转基因食品安全的伦理问题进行阐述下，重点分析了我国转基因食品安全存在的伦理困境，试图找出我国转基因食品发展的出路。

Ethical Dilemmas of Safety of Genetically Modified Food in China

Abstract With the development of transgenic technology， the controversy about the safety of genetically modified food is becoming more and more intense. Now， people can't be sure the safety of genetically modified food， and confront the potential food and economic risk in China. The ethical issues about the safety of genetically modified food were elaborated， focusing on the analysis of ethical dilemmas of safety of genetically modified food in China， trying to find the way of the development of genetically modified food in China.

自1983年转基因烟草的培育成功，标志着转基因技术的诞生;1996年由转基因西红柿制造的西红柿饼的市场化，开启了转基因食品市场化的大门。转基因食品是指利用分子生物学手段，将某些生物的基因转移到其他生物物种上，使其出现原物种不具有的性状或产物，以转基因生物为原料加工生产的食品就是转基因食品[1]。转基因食品除了常见的植物性转基因食品，还包括动物性转基因食品、转基因微生物食品和转基因特殊食品。转基因食品具有产量高、抗病能力强、营养丰富等优点。然而，自从1998年英国的马铃薯事件，人们对转基因食品的安全性的争论就不断升级，对转基因食品可能存在的毒性、过敏反应和基因污染等安全问题至今仍无定论。在转基因食品安全性还存在争议之前，我国是否应该大范围地发展转基因食品成了人们争论的热点。……
