Abstract: The paper describes the horizontal displacement measurement method of dam safety monitoring in Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station, and its precision is analyzed. The present work provides a reference for the development of horizontal displacement measurement scheme.

Reconstruction design and application of computer monitoring system of Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station

Abstract: The reconstruction of computer monitoring system of Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station is based on the NC2000 computer monitoring system which was developed by Nari Group Corporation. The system is based on Linux operation system, which is consist of the main control layer of the station and the local control layer. The double-star grid redundant structure is employed to realize the unattened (few man on duty) automatic control scheme. The present paper describes the necessarily of the reconstruction, the grid structure of the system, the main functions and the reconstruction project.

New installation method of tube pedestal in bulb tubular turbine-generator units

Abstract: The civil work and installation period of No. 5 unit of Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station is from September 20th, 2013 to May 31st, 2014. The period is relatively short and the construction is in winter. In order to ensure the working period and to save time, the inner housing of the tube pedestal is installed in the erection bay and hoisted into the foundation trench. The new installation method can save 15 days of working period.

Installation of thrust- guiding bearing of No. 5 unit of Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station

Abstract: The civil work and installation period of No. 5 unit of Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station is from September 20th, 2013 to May 31st, 2014. The period is relatively short and the equipment are delivered intensively. The structure of bulb tubular turbine is complicated and the installation is difficult, especially the installation and adjustment of the combination bearing, which has great influence on the installation, operation quality of the whole unit. The present paper emphasizes on the installation and adjustment of the combination bearing.
