胫骨平台骨折手术复位效果不佳的原因分析

[摘要] 目的 研究胫骨平台骨折手术复位效果不佳原因。方法 随机选取该院自2012年7月—2014年9月间收治的60例胫骨平台骨折手术修复复位不佳患者，对其采用资料回顾性分析，针对60例胫骨平台骨折患者复位效果不佳原因进行分析。结果 经过该院的研究，所选取的60例胫骨平台骨折患者出现修复效果不佳原因主要有与胫骨棘相连的关节面会出现塌陷、旋转，复位后出现中心凹陷，骨折块本身有压缩，且手术时未将压缩部分撬起，植骨不结实、碎骨块清除不干净，X线片段照射角度不佳，骨折端填塞植骨造成骨折分离移位等。其中由于复位之后出现中心凹陷因素8例，骨折块本身有压缩6例，手术时未将压缩部分撬起6例，植骨不结实8例，碎骨块清除不干净8例，X线片段照射角度不佳10例，骨折端填塞植骨造成骨折分离移位14例。 结论 针对胫骨骨折手术复位过程中需避免上述造成修复效果不佳因素，使得提升骨折手术复位水平。

Analysis of the Causes of Operation and Unsatisfactory Reduction of Tibial Plateau Fracture

[Abstract] Objective To study the surgical reduction of tibial plateau fractures ineffective reasons. Methods Randomly selected hospital from July 2012-September 2014 between treated 60 cases of tibial plateau fractures in patients with poor surgical repair reset its adoption retrospectively analyzed the effect of the poor fractures were reset for the 60 cases of tibial plateau The reason for analysis. Results After the study hospital， and selected 60 cases of tibial plateau fractures in patients with repaired ineffective due mainly to the articular surface of the tibia spine connected appears collapse， rotate， after a reset occurs central depression， fracture block itself has compression， and when surgery is not part of the compressed pry， bone is not strong， bone block removal is not clean， poor fragment irradiation angle X-ray， bone fracture， causing a fracture filling isolated displacements. Because of the central depression factors which appear after the reset eight cases， compression fractures of the block itself has six cases， surgery is not part of the compressed pry 6 cases， 8 cases of bone is not strong， bone block removal is not clean eight cases， X-ray irradiation fragment poor angle 10 cases， filling bone fracture displacement caused 14 cases of fracture separation. Conclusion For tibial fractures require surgical reduction process to avoid the above-mentioned factors ineffective repair， making upgrading fractures reset level.

胫骨平台骨折由于患者关节损伤，对于胫骨平台骨折进行修复其手术方法与其预后具有非常重要的意义[1]。由于胫骨平台骨折之后采用手术修复，其存在着不康复效果不佳[2]。随机选取该院自2012年7月—2014年9月间收治的60例胫骨平台骨折手术修复复位不佳患者进行资料回顾性分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取该院自2012年7月—2014年9月间收治的60例胫骨平台骨折手术修复复位不佳患者，其中男性34例，年龄在24～61岁之间，平均年龄为（42.1±10.3）岁，女性16例，年龄在23～62岁之间，平均年龄为（41.3±10.1）岁。……
