普外科进修生带教计划

【摘 要】当今医学知识和技术发展很快，需要不断地学习和更新，对医务工作者来说，到相关医院进修是直接获取新知识、学习新技术的重要手段，是提高自身综合素质主要的学习模式，它对于巩固和深化临床医务工作者掌握已有知识，培养严谨的工作作风有着举足轻重的作用。本文结合实际情况，简述普外科进修生的带教计劃，以期为进修生的带教实践提供参考依据。

Abstract：With the development of medical knowledge and technology，medical workers need to keep learning and updating.For medical workers，they go to the relevant hospital for the further education that is the direct access to new knowledge and new technology，is an important means to improve their overall quality of the main learning model.It has a pivotal role in the consolidation and deepening of the clinical medical workers to master the existing knowledge，and cultivate a rigorous work style.Based on the actual situation，this paper introduces the teaching plan of the students in the Department of general surgery，in order to provide reference for the teaching practice of the students.

1总体目标

进修人员掌握普外科常见病种的护理常规、各种专科仪器的使用、新职工及护生临床带教路径、优质护理服务内涵、专科质控检查质量标准，掌握专科操作技能等，了解我院文化特色。

2具体目标

2.1前期掌握普外科常见病的围手术期护理、危重症护理，各种专科仪器的使用。

2.2前期掌握专科护理常规、专科操作、健康教育。

2.3中期了解新职工、护生临床带教路径。

2.4中期掌握各种评估表格的使用及书写、护理记录的书写要求；各种安全标识的使用要求。

2.5进修过程中参与护理查房、业务学习一次。

2.6后期了解普外科专科护理质量标准和安全管理要求，各种台账的书写。

2.7后期了解优质化护理服务在临床中的运用。

3带教老师

带教教师：病区护士长、总责护士、总带教。均具有丰富的理论知识和专业技能，临床经验丰富，还具有责任心、职业道德、沟通能力、服务态度及创造精神，能迅速建立良好的关系，制定科学的教学计划和目标，能顺利完成教学任务。……
