高校毕业生创业创新策略研究

[摘 要] 随着高等教育的快速发展，就业工作日益成为高等院校发展中的一项重要工作。文章分析我省就业存在的问题，指出了推动毕业生实现更高质量就业中的重要性和作用，提出了学校帮助学生规划自己的职业生涯、培养学生的创新创业能力、加大就业指导的力度的方法和促进大学生就业的措施。

Abstract：With the rapid development of higher education， employment has increasingly become an important task in the development of colleges and universities. The article analyses the problems existing in the employment in our province， points out the importance and effect of promoting graduates to achieve higher-quality employment， puts forward the methods that universities and colleges help students plan their own career， cultivate the students' innovation ability， strengthen employment guidance and the measures promoting universities and colleges students' employment.

高校大學生人数连年增加，使得学校和社会面临巨大的就业压力。因此，解决高校毕业生的就业就显得很紧迫。党的十八大报告中提出推动实现更高质量的就业，是对就业理论的丰富和发展，对全面建成小康社会有巨大推动作用。高质量就业是大学教育的神圣使命，是衡量大学教育质量的根本。随着我国经济的快速发展，人才市场上对大学毕业专业人才的需求一直处于上升趋势，毕业生就业面日趋广阔。但由于受经济危机的影响，导致企业的发展规模大幅度萎缩，对大学毕业生的需求也急骤下降。如何解决好大学生就业已经成为政府的一项重要的工作内容[1-2]。

做好高校毕业生就业创业工作，对于保持就业形势稳定，促进经济社会健康发展具有重要意义。据相关报道统计，我国高校毕业生数量2003年是212万，2004年是280万，2005年是333万，2006年是413万，2007年是495万，2008年是559万，2009年是610万，2010年是631万，2011年、2012年分别升至660万、680万，2013年毕业生为699万，2014年突破至727万，2015年高校毕业生的数量749万。2015年河南省高校毕业生人数达49.9万，较2014年新增1.6万，加上未就业毕业生就业任务繁重。……
