城市汽车交通事故致多发伤的急诊救治与对策探讨

【摘要】目的：研究探讨城市汽车交通事故导致多发病伤的急诊救治措施，并分析应对措施。方法：将我院2011年7月-2013年7月收治的由于城市汽车交通事故导致多发伤的患者300例为研究对象。研究分析患者的临床病历与临床表现特征。结果：研究分析发现，300例城市交通患者中有36例由于创伤严重救治无效死亡，165例患者由于伤情较重，出现不同的伤残，其主要有意识障碍、瘫痪、截肢或肢体功能障碍等，痊愈99例。结论：城市汽车交通事故引发的伤害属作为一种多发性伤害，该项伤害的防治属于综合性较强的工程。针对此种情况，急诊科医生需要尽快采取救治手段，与此同时还需要全社会的共同关注，将交通事故危害降到最低程度。

[Abstract] Objective ： tostudy urban automobile traffic accident cause frequently-occurring injury emergency treatment measures， and countermeasures are analyzed. Methods： from July 2011 to July 2011 were caused by the urban automobile traffic accident of 300 cases of multiple trauma patients as the research object. Research and analysis of clinical medical records and clinical performance characteristics. Results： 300 cases of urban traffic study found that patients with 36 cases with severe trauma treatment died， 165 patients due to injury is heavier， appear different disability， its main conscious disorder， paralysis， amputation， or limb dysfunction， 99 cases of healing. Conclusion： urban automobile traffic accident caused by damage， as a kind of multiple damage， the damage prevention belongs to the comprehensive strong engineering. Aiming at the situation， the emergency department doctors need to take treatment measures as soon as possible， at the same time also need the common concern of the whole society， the traffic accident harm to a minimum extent.

在道路建设快速发展，汽车不断普及的过程中，交通事故引发的创伤已经成为国民生存的重要影响因素。多发伤是创伤致死的最关键因素。如何提高交通事故产生的多发伤急诊救治，保证伤病员能够在最短的时间内获得及时有效、合理的救治[1]。关于多发伤的定义，目前并没有统一，而通常情况下临床医学将其定义为由单一致伤因素多引起的集体同时或者继发的两个或两个以上、或多部位，常见的有颅脑外伤、胸外伤，与此同时还伴有休克、低氧血症。本文将我院2011年7月-2013年7月收治的由于城市汽车交通事故导致多发伤的患者300例为研究对象。……
