护理程序在护理工作中的应用对策

【摘要】护理程序是现代护理学在发展过程中，在新的护理理念基础上形成的一种系统地、科学地确认问题和解决问题的工作方法，是具有综合的、动态的、具有反馈功能的护理过程，是护士运用评判性思维，挖掘自身创造力的一种解决问题的科学的工作方法。了解护理程序在护理工作中的运用现状，以及深入探讨其实践价值与意义，为改善护理程序的理论知识教学提供理论基础及依据。

【Abstract】 Modern nursing care program in the development process， in the new nursing philosophy formed the basis of a systematic and scientific manner， identify problems and problem-solving methods of work， is a comprehensive， dynamic， and the nursing process with feedback function ， is the nurse who applies critical thinking， and tap their own creativity to solve the problem of a scientific working methods. Understand the nursing procedures in the use of nursing work status， and the depth of its practical value and significance， to improve the theoretical knowledge of nursing process to provide a theoretical foundation and basis of teaching.

随着科学技术的发展，人民生活水平的提高和疾病谱的改变，人们对身心健康更加重视。护理工作如何适应这种变化和需求是新时期护理程序改革运用的重要任务。护理程序作为护理工作的框架和核心，将过去以疾病为中心的护理转变为以人为中心的护理，即通过一系列有目的、有计划的步骤和行动，按人的需要的轻重缓急，对护理对象的生理、心理、社会和文化发展等方面实施全面的护理，使其达到最佳健康状态[1]。护理程序作为一种新的护理工作方法，近年来，在护理工作实践中也得到广泛的探索和运用，现将护理程序在护理工作中的应用对策及意义综述如下。

1护理程序的内涵及意义

护理程序是指导护理人员以满足护理对象身心需要，恢复或增进健康为目标，运用系统方法实施计划性、连续性、全面整体护理的一种理论与实践模式。了解护理程序在护理工作中的运用现状，既可以提高护理工作质量，又可以促进各级护理人员熟练掌握和运用护理程序，同时还是一种定期评价护理工作实施质量和效果的好方法。……
