微型钢板和克氏针治疗掌指骨骨折80例疗效比较

【摘要】目的：研究微型钢板和克氏针治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法：选择2013年4月～2014年7月期间在我院就诊的80例掌指骨骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为钢板组和克氏针组，比较两组患者的手功能恢复情况、骨折愈合情况。结果：钢板组患者手功能恢复优良率97.5 %、高于克氏针组的77.5 %；骨痂形成时间（27.31±3.45）d、完全愈合时间（89.51±9.76）d，短于克氏针组的（41.53±6.09）d、（129.35±13.59）d。结论：微型钢板内固定治疗有助于改善手功能、促进骨折愈合，是治疗掌指骨骨折更为理想的方法。

Comparison of curative effect of mini plate and Kirschner wire in the treatment of 80 cases patients with metacarpal and phalanx fractures

【Abstract】Objective： To study the curative effect of mini plate and Kirschner wire in the treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures. Methods： 80 cases patients with metacarpal and phalanx fractures in our hospital from 2013 April to 2014 July were choosed as research objects， randomly divided into Steel group and Kirschner wire group. Then hand function recovery， healing of fracture were compared. Results： hand function good recovery rate 97.5% of steel group was higher than 77.5% of Kirschner wire group； callus formation time （27.31±3.45）d， complete healing time （89.51±9.76）d were shorter than （41.53±6.09）d， （129.35±13.59）d of control group. Conclusion： mini plate internal fixation treatment is helpful to improve hand function， promote fracture healing； its a more ideal treatment method for metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.

手部骨骼系统具有关节多、骨质小的特点，局部解剖结构十分精细，在发生骨折后难以进行有效的固定。克氏针是常用的固定方式，具有操作方便、创伤小的特点。但是受到穿针易滑动、固定时间较长等因素的限制，容易发生克氏针松动并影响固定效果[1]。微型钢板是新近发展起来的内固定材料，被越来越多的用于手掌骨骨折的治疗并展现出积极价值[2]。在下列研究中，为了进一步明确微型钢板和克氏针固定两种方式治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效，我们选择2013年4月～2014年7月期间在我院接受手术治疗的掌指骨骨折患者进行研究，并对患者的手功能恢复情况以及骨折愈合情况进行分析，现汇报如下。

对象与方法

（一）研究对象

选择2013年4月～2014年7月期间在我院接受手术治疗的掌指骨骨折患者进行研究，所有患者均符合闭合性掌指骨骨折诊断，无重要血管和神经损伤，共80例。……
