眼科学临床型研究生临床科研能力协同培养的探讨

【摘要】改革开放以来，随着我国经济和社会发展进程的加快，目前迫切需求眼科学高层次人才。眼科临床型研究生是将来医疗服务队伍中的重要力量。针对眼科临床型研究生培养过程中存在的问题，结合我们眼科中心从事研究生教育的实践经验，对眼科学临床型研究生临床与科研能力的协同培养提出几点建议，以期提高眼科研究生的综合能力。

Exploration of Clinical and Scientific Research Abilities Collaborative Education of Medical Postgraduate of Ophthalmology

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy and society， since the reform and opening up， there is an urgent demand for high-level personnel of ophthalmology. Clinical graduates of ophthalmology are important groups in medical service in the future. In view of the problems in the postgraduate culture of ophthalmology， combined with our own experience in the postgraduate education， we put forward several suggestions of cooperative training of clinical ability and scientific research， in order to improve the comprehensive ability of graduate student of ophthalmology.

改革开放以来，随着我国经济和社会发展进程的加快，对医学人才需求的扩大，医学人才的培养规模得到了迅速发展。尤其是近年来国家大力发展研究生教育，连续扩招使研究生的数量成倍增长，虽然研究生规模的扩大对缓解大学生就业压力，增加学生求学深造机会以及培养高层次人才等方面产生了积极的作用，但是由于研究生的来源及水平的不同，使研究生结构也发生改变，给眼科研究生培养带来新课题，尤其是临床型研究生的培养[1]。

一加强眼科学临床型研究生临床与科研能力协同培养的必要性

现代医学教育要求医学研究生毕业后应具备医疗、教学、科研等多方面的能力，而在实际操作过程中，由于学习、就业环境、科研经费、导师等因素的影响，大部分临床型研究生将大多数时间和精力用于临床学习和工作中，虽然他们一般具备较高的临床操作能力，但是对科研素质提高的重要性却认识不足，也没有得到应有的重视，科学思维及科研创新能力往往达不到研究生培养方案的要求。……
