高校学生社区的高效管理途径探究

摘 要 高校学生社区是大学生学习、生活和交流的重要场所，对高校而言，学生社区具备教育、管理和服务的特别功能，发挥好这些功能是实现高校学生社区的高效管理的重要保障。本文基于高校学生社区的功能认识探究其高效管理途径，即制度严明，执行到位，常规工作切实有效;教育引领，点面结合，思政工作落到实处;全面培养，形式多样，文体活动创新创优。

Abstract Students' community is an important part in college students' learning， life and communication. It has functions of education， management and service for universities. These functions are important guarantee to achieve the efficient management way of students' community in university. This paper based on the functions to study its effective management way. The way is to do regular work effectively with strict and clear system. The way is to link work at selected spots with that in entire areas headed by education for the implementation of the ideological and political education. The way is to style with various forms of innovation activities to cultivate students in an all-round way.

高校學生社区是大学生学习、生活和交流的重要场所，不同于普通居民社区，这里聚集的是正当青年的追逐人生梦想的大学生，他们充满活力，求知欲很强，但却尚未成熟，思想水平、心理素质、价值观等都有待高等教育的洗礼和养成。大学生的大部分课余时间正是在社区里度过的，课堂教学和课外实践之余，学生社区也就自然成为高校发挥教育、管理和服务功能的重要阵地，因而学生社区相应具备这些特别功能，发挥好这些功能是实现高校学生社区的高效管理的重要保障。

1高校学生社区的功能

1.1教育功能

大学生除了接受专业知识教育，思想政治教育、文明修身教育、心理健康教育、文化素质教育等都是大学教育的重要方面，如此全面教育才能培养出合格的复合型人才。而学生社区作为大学生课堂教学和课外实践之余的重要场所，在教育方面，以有计划有目的系列教育活动为载体，可以实现其特殊的教育功能。……
