基于生态位理论的高校辅导员与学生关系探析

摘 要 随着高等教育进入大众化阶段，当今高校辅导员与学生关系逐渐呈现出“荒漠化”、“集权化”及“错位化”的现状，而良好的师生关系是顺利开展思想政治教育活动的必要前提，探索一条师生关系新路径已势在必行。依据生态位理论分析师生双方的生态位与生态位重叠，分析现状产生的原因并拟提出解决路径：以沟通、合作的互动方式为突破口，以平等、共生的平衡状态为理想目标及确立各自生态位，增进师生的沟通交流，充分发挥辅导员应有的作用，以期构建理想的师生关系。

On Analysis of University Teacher-Student's Relation

Based on the Ecological Niche Theory

Abstract With the popularization of higher education， the modern university teacher-student's relation gradually presents desertification， centralization， dislocation. Good teacher-student's relation is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education， thus exploring a new path of teacher-student's relation is essential. On analysis of teacher and student's niche and niche overlap based on the niche theory， this paper study the reason of the current situation and intend to propose solution paths： interactive way of communication and collaboration as breakthrough， balance of equality and symbiosis as ideal goal and establishing their own niche， aim to enhancing communication between teachers and students and developing teachers' potential， and it may constructed ideal teacher-student's relation.

随着高等教育的迅速发展，高校学生不断扩招，我国高等教育已步入大众化阶段。因此，高校学生生源呈现出复杂化、多样化的趋势。辅导员作为高校开展大学生思想政治教育的主力之一，不仅从事日常管理工作，还开展形式多样的学生活动。因此，高校辅导员工作是在一定的师生关系下进行的，师生双方共同参与完成的活动。师生关系最初的内容就是道、业与惑的传承与互动。而当今我国高校辅导员与学生关系的现实，既影响了大学生的价值取向、行为导向，也影响着辅导员职业化建设，尤其在师生关系淡漠、信任危机等方面。因此，良好的师生关系是辅导员工作顺利开展的必要保证。

本文将生态位理论引入教育学中梳理，以跨学科研究的视角来摸索高校辅导员与学生两者自身特点及现实状况，并提出解决路径，以期师生双方按照各自生态位参与到教学活动和日常交往中，促进高校辅导员与学生本身的自由、和谐发展的教育理念。……
