摘 要目的：研究代谢综合征的病位证素与胰岛素抵抗（IR）、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体（PPAR）-γ及体重指数（BMI）的相关性。方法：通过问卷调查纳入曹杨社区代谢综合征患者206例，检测IR、PPAR-γ和BMI，分析病位证素与这些指标的相关性。结果：代谢综合征病位证素为肾、肝、脾，与IR、PPAR-γ和BMI相关。结论：IR、PPAR和BMI可为临床代谢综合征中医辨证的指标。

ABSTRACTObjective: To study the relationship between metablic syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and factors of insulin resistance, peroxisomeproliferator activated receptor（PPAR)-γand body mass index (BMI). Methods: Two hundres and six patients with metabolic syndrome in the Caoyang Community were collected using questionnaire. The level of the PPAR-γwas examined，the insulin resistance and the BMI of the patients were measured. The relationship between metabolic syndrome of TCM and three factors was analyzed. Results: The metabolic syndrome of TCM inferred kidney, liver and spleen，and was related to insulin resistance, PPAR-γ and BMI. Conclusion: The three factors can be used as the objective indexes for clinical metabolic syndrome of TCM.

代谢综合征是以糖和脂肪代谢紊乱为核心的一组症候群，是心血管疾病和多种代谢危险因素在个体内聚集的状态，其很多征候、相关疾病可见于“消渴”、“肥胖”、“眩晕”、“胸痹”等病。本研究在既往研究基础上辨证成人代谢综合征病位证素结构，研究每例患者病位证素与临床指标的关系，筛选出每一证素相对的特异敏感指标，从而为中医治未病、中医药社区干预奠定基础。……
