摘 要目的：观察宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)后局部应用重组人干扰素α-2b(IFNα-2b)阴道泡腾胶囊（辛复宁）的疗效。方法：选择2009年3月至2012年2月妇科诊断为CIN患者182例，分为观察组92例和对照组90例。两组患者均在月经干净后3~7 d内行LEEP术，观察组术后于阴道后穹窿放置IFNα-2b阴道泡腾胶囊1粒，连用14 d，对照组术后不用药物。比较两组患者宫颈创面愈合时间、阴道分泌物量及术后6个月高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）阳性率。结果：观察组和对照组宫颈创面愈合时间分别为（32.5±3.6）d和（42.6±4.2） d，阴道分泌物量分别为（15.3±3.0）ml和（28.9±3.8） ml，术后6个月HPV阳性率分别为0.0%和18.9%，组间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：LEEP术后使用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊，宫颈创面愈合时间缩短，阴道分泌物减少，复查HPV阳性率低，临床效果好，值得进一步推广。

Application of recombinant human α-2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams after loop electrosurgical excision procedure

ABSTRACTObjective: To observe the effect of the local application of recombinant human α-2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams in the patients with the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) after the loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Methods: One hundred and eighty-two cases diagnosed with the CIN in the gynecological department were selected from March 2009 to Feb. 2012 and divided into an observation group with 92 cases and a control group with 90 cases. LEEP was performed in the patients in the two groups during 3~7 d after the menstruation clean. In the observation group one recombinant human α-2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams was placed in the posterior vaginal fornix after LEEP, which was for 14 days, while in the control group the drug was not used. The healing time of the cervical wound, volume of the vaginal secretion and positive rate of high risk HPV were compared in both groups. Results: The healing times in the observation group and the control group were (32.5±3.6)days and 42.6±4.2 days, the volume of the vaginal secretion (15.3±3.0)ml and (28.9±3.8) ml, and the positive rate of HPV 0.0% and 18.9%, respectively and these differences between the two groups all had the statistical significance (P＜0.01). Conclusion: The usage of recombinant human α-2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams after LEEP can shorten the healing time of the cervical wound, decrease the volume of the vaginal secretion and reduce the positive rate of HPV, which has a good clinical effect and is worthy of further promotion.

宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, CIN )是与宫颈浸润癌密切相关的癌前病变，人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是CIN发生、发展中的重要危险因素。CIN分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级，CINⅠ为轻度非典型增生，CINⅡ为中度非典型增生，CIN Ⅲ为重度非典型增生及原位癌。流行病学调查发现，CIN与性生活紊乱和吸烟密切相关，其他危险因素包括性生活过早（＜16岁）、性传播疾病、经济状况低下、口服避孕药和免疫抑制等[1]。本文报道……
