在日趋激烈的医疗市场竞争中，如何能够在竞争中脱颖而出，赢得市场和发展，作为医院不可缺少的主体之一的护理团队其作用不可忽视。该院更新观念，提高服务意识，和谐护患关系，注重沟通技巧，加强护士培训，提高护士素质，规范护理服务行为，深化护理服务内涵，注重护理服务艺术，营造护理服务氛围，强化护理质量与安全管理，倡导“预防为主、安全第一”，提高护理品质，提高护理内涵质量，创造优势护理品牌。

［Abstract］In the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market，in order to stand out in the competition and win the market and development，we should not ignore the function of nursing team as one of the indispensable main bodies of hospital.Our hospital should update the concept，improve the service awareness，maintain nurse-patient relationship，pay attention to communication skills，enhance train of nurses，improve the quality of nurses，standardize the nursing service behavior，deepen nursing service connotation，pay attention to nursing service art，build nursing service atmosphere，strength nursing quality and safety management，advocate“give priority to prevention，put safety first”，improve nursing quality，improve nursing connotation quality and create an advantage nursing brand.

21世纪是一个充满竞争的时代，医疗实践证明：现代医院在规模、技术同等的条件下存在着更为激烈的竞争，而护理服务理念中的服务意识、技能、态度、效率、艺术及氛围成为了竞争的焦点。因此更新护理服务理念，提升护理服务品质并将之贯穿于医疗护理服务全过程，才能得到患者的认可和保持较高的满意度。谁赢得了服务，赢得了患者的认可，谁就赢得了成功和发展。该院是一所股份制医院，于2014年06月26日成功晋升为“国家三级甲等医院”，跨入国家级先进医院行列正说明了这一点。该院顺应时代发展，改变传统护理服务模式，由过去的功能制护理改为现在的责任制整体护理，并将“以患者为中心，在护理服务过程中为患者提供精神、文化、情感的服务，使尊重、关爱、方便、服务患者”的人文精神在护理服务中得到体现。……
