耳穴贴压疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨耳穴贴压疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 80例反复呼吸道感染患儿， 简单随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组， 各40例。两组均采用基础西医治疗， 治疗组加用耳穴贴压疗法进行治疗。对比两组疗效。结果 治疗组的总有效率95%明显高于对照组75%， 两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 耳穴贴压疗法用于防治小儿反复呼吸道感染效果较好， 方法简单， 易于掌握， 具有临床应用推广价值。

Observation of curative effect by auricular-plaster therapy in prevention and treatment of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection LI Bo， LI Wei-jun. Shenzhen City Baoan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Shenzhen 518133， China

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by auricular-plaster therapy in prevention and treatment of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 80 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received basic Western medicine therapy， and the treatment group received additional auricular-plaster therapy. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group had much higher total effective rate as 95% than 75% of the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Auricular-plaster therapy provides precise effect in preventing and treating pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection， along with easy measure and operation. This method contains value for clinical application and promotion.

小儿反复呼吸道感染是儿科常见病、多发病， 0～6岁儿童反复呼吸道感染发病率为9.0%～13.2%， 并且正在不断上升。该病病程较长， 影响儿童的生长发育。为提高小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效， 本次研究中选取本院门诊、住院部反复呼吸道感染患儿80例， 随机分为治疗组和对照组， 治疗组在西医基础治疗上加用耳穴贴压疗法， 取得满意疗效， 现将结果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取本院门诊及住院部2012年1月～ 2014年10月就诊的反复呼吸道感染患儿80例， 将其随机分为治疗组和对照组， 各40例。其中， 对照组男18 例， 女22例；年龄1～6岁， 平均年龄（3.00±1.06）岁。治疗组男21例， 女19例；年龄1～6岁， 平均年龄（3.00±1.64）岁。两组患儿性别、年龄等一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）， 具有可比性。

1. 2 方法 对照组采用单纯西医治疗， 予以抗感染、补充维生素及微量元素治疗。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上， 加用耳穴贴压疗法， 常规消毒耳廓皮肤后， 将粘有王不留行籽的胶布贴在耳穴上（急性感染期：肺、大肠、咽喉、气管、支气管、肾上腺；非急性感染期：肺、脾、肾、三焦、皮质下）， 采用双侧耳穴贴压， 均保留2 d， 用手指轻按压至耳部发热即可。……
