When You Are Finally over It， You Know There Is Nothing You Are Afraid of Any More

When you're in the darkness， it seems like everything is lost. Even your shadow leaves you， and no one replies your cry. You feel like walking in an endless tunnel①tunnel 英 ［'tʌnl］ 美 ［'tʌnl］ n. 隧道；坑道；洞穴通道vt. 挖；在……打开通道；在……挖掘隧道 vi. 挖掘隧道；打开通道with no way out. When you are in pain， it's hard to think， and even harder to believe. You keep doubting yourself： what if everything just can't be alright？ But you need have the faith， you need to always remind yourself that this is only a training. It's a training that forces you to learn the hard way. Just like teeth fall off to grow new， legs stretch⑥stretch 英 ［stretʃ］ 美 ［strɛtʃ］ vt. 伸展，张开；（大量地）使用，消耗（金钱，时间）；使竭尽所能；使全力以赴vi. 伸展；足够买（或支付） n. 伸展，延伸in pain to grow tall， the hardship will only make you stronger.

When you are in the darkness， it is the best time to practice your senses. Heaven gives you this training to know your fear， to live with it， and when you're finally over it， you know there is nothing you are afraid of any more.
