浅谈智慧城市中的智能建筑设计

【摘要】智慧城市是目前城市信息化发展的最高阶段，其实质是利用先进的信息技术，实现城市智慧式管理和运行，从而促进城市和谐、可持续发展。智能建筑是集成现代科技的产物，契合了可持续发展的生态和谐发展理念，它通过利用现代建筑技术、现代电脑技术现代通讯技术和现代控制技术，来为用户提供一个高效、舒适、便利的人性化建筑环境。在智慧城市不断建设与发展背景下，如何设计智能建筑，使其更好地与智慧城市融为一体，成为当前一个值得深入研究的重要课题。

【Abstract】Smart City is the highest stage of urban development of information technology， its essence is the use of advanced information technology， management and operation of urban wisdom， so as to promote harmonious urban and sustainable development. Integrated intelligent building is a product of modern science and technology， fit the harmonious development of ecological concept of sustainable development， through the use of modern building technology， modern computer technology and modern communications technology of modern control technology to provide an efficient， comfortable and convenient for users to humanity of the built environment. In the smart city constantly under construction and development background， how to design intelligent building， to better integrate with the smart city， become a important topic worthy of further study.

1. 引言

智慧城市建设起源于城市信息化建设。21世纪是知识经济时代，随着信息科技和网络通信技术的飞跃发展，物联网从互联网应用中脱颖而出，物联网应用的目标之一就是构建智慧城市。物联网应用与云计算服务的急速发展，促使智能化、信息化和城镇化进程三者的加速融合，催动了“智慧城市”的建设。智慧城市是数字城市发展的延续，强调了感知、智能控制、智能管理、智能服务和智能处理等。物联网应用使得城市中与传感 / 控制相关的行业获得了飞跃的发展，智能建筑、智能交通、智能公共安全、智能医疗、智能物流、智能农畜牧业、智能社区等应运而生。目前，智能建筑行业无一致的体系架构可循，各个智能建筑项目各行其事，造成城市中众多的建筑物信息孤岛。因此，智能建筑要融入智慧城市的建设，需要有统一的体系架构，智能建筑体系架构应是智慧城市体系架构的一个分支，与智慧城市体系架构连接，并融入智慧城市的体系架构中。……
