基于大数据背景下的智慧城市建设研究

【摘 要】随着城市化进程的快速发展，城市人口的不断增加，“城市病”成为了城市急需解决的问题。在此背景下，智慧城市的建设越来越重要。通过对大数据在智慧城市建设过程中的理论分析以及案例分析，探讨了大数据在智慧城市建设中的重要性，同时对当前智慧城市建设过程中的不足，提出了几点建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the process of urbanization，and the number of urban population is increasing， urban disease has become an urgent problem to be solved in the city .Under this background， the construction of smart city is becoming more and more important.Through the theoretical analysis and case analysis in the process of smart city construction ，the importance of big data in the construction of smart city is discussed.At the same time，as for the shortcomings during the smart city construction，I put forward some suggestions.

0 前言

随着国内经济的快速发展，城市化进程也日渐加快。根据国家统计局2015年发布的国民经济运行情况数据显示，城镇化人口占总人口比重的56.1%。城市化的快速发展，促进了城市的经济和社会的发展，但是，城市化的发展带来城市经济的同时，也产生了一系列的城市问题，如城市资源日益紧张，城市环境日趋恶劣，城市民生问题变得越来越复杂。促进生活和谐，提高生活质量是每一个人的愿望，基于此，智慧城市被看作是治疗“城市病”的一剂“良药”[1-2]。

智慧城市起源于IBM公司“智慧地球”的理念。自2008年“智慧地球”这一理念被提出之后，智慧城市建设的热潮便不断高涨。但是，目前关于“智慧城市”的定义，学术界尚未有同一的定论。根据IBM公司在《智慧的城市在中国》的白皮书中讲述，“智慧城市”被定义为：能够充分运用信息和通信技术手段感测、分析、整合城市运行核心系统的各项关键信息，从而对包括民生、环保、公共安全、城市服务、工商业活动在内的各种需求做出智能的响应，为人类创造更美好的城市生活[3]。……
