市场经济体制下竞技体育举国体制的变异与优化研究

摘 要：随着我国国力的逐步增强，民生逐步提高，社会力量逐步进入到竞技体育领域，并有星火燎原之势，这一现象引起国内外众多媒体的一致关注。采用文献法、推理逻辑法等，提出随着我国实力的增强与市场经济的快速发展，这一现象的出现带有鲜明的时代特征与必然性，必将成为举国体制的有效补充和重要组成部分。市场经济条件下举国体制的发展要通过对项目进行合理定位，放开思想，解放体制，积极引进社会和市场资源等路径来更好地发挥自身优势。

Abstract：Along with the gradual increase of Chinese national strength and the improvement of people's livelihood， social forces have gradually spread into the field of athletic sports， which has caused the concern among foreign and domestic media. Using the method of literature review and logical reasoning， the author puts forward that it has distinct features of the times and is necessary to appear the above phenomenon along with the rapid development of our strength and market economy， and it will be an effective supplement and an important part of the government-oriented sports system. The development of the system under the condition of market economy requires reasonable localization， the emancipation of minds and system innovation， and active introduction of social and market resources.

2013年4月，我国14岁小将关天朗在美国奥古斯塔国家高尔夫俱乐部表现优异，成为历史上美国大师赛最年轻的参赛者。由此引发了国内外的热评，成为继丁俊晖、李娜之后我国职业体育成功的又一案例。4月13日的英国《金融时报》甚至在头版最显著的位置刊登了关天朗在大师赛上挥杆击球的照片，照片标题为“中国体育变革的推动者”[1]。那么，未来我国的体育改革到底要走向何方呢？是不是意味着举国体制在市场经济下已经完成了自己的历史使命，逐步被若干个关天朗、丁俊晖等所替代，市场完全可以代替政府，成为未来竞技体育发展的必选项？这一问题直接关系到我国竞技体育与群众体育的协调发展以及未来竞技体育发展的基本方向。
