台湾地区体育类学术期刊特征、编辑出版特点及评级方法分析

摘 要：以台湾学术期刊在线数据库为平台，以检索到的体育学中75种体育类学术期刊为研究对象，运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑归纳、比较分析等研究方法对这75种体育类学术期刊的具体分类、期刊特征、期刊编辑出版特点以及期刊评价方法进行深度剖析。分析指出：1）75种体育类学术期刊中以各种体育学会为出版单位的期刊25种，以大学体育系或体育室为出版单位的期刊31种，以大学（或技术学院）为出版单位的期刊13种，以研究所（中心）为出版单位的期刊6种；2）台湾体育类学术期刊呈现出主办单位多元化、期刊内容指向性强、期刊出版周期长、期刊历史短、期刊面向国际化五种特征，并从刊名、格式与篇幅、编辑与审稿、办刊经费对期刊的编辑出版特点进行了具体分析；3）对台湾体育类TSSCI来源期刊进行了简要概述，并从形式指标、引用指标、问卷调查、学门专家审查四部分详细分析台湾体育类学术期刊的评级机制。

Abstract：Taiwan academic journals online database as a platform to retrieve 75 sports periodicals of sports science study， using literature， statistics， logic， induction， comparative analysis method to make an in-depth analysis of the categorization， publishing characteristics， editing features and evaluation mechanisms of the 75 kinds of journals. The analysis points out that： 1） of all the 75 journals， there are 25 published by various sports associations， 31 by university sports departments， 13 by universities or colleges， and the left 6 by sports institutes. 2） Taiwan sports academic journals have the characteristics of diversified sponsors， highly targeted journal content， long publication cycle， short founding history， and international-orientation. Also an analysis is made on the journal title， format and length， editing and peer review， and outlay for periodical run. 3） A brief overview is given on Taiwan sports TSSCI source journals， and Taiwan sports journal rating system is described in detail from the aspects of form index， reference index， questionnaire， expert review.

学术期刊是学术传播的一种重要媒介，也是学术成果展示的重要平台[1]，在于交流、探讨、争鸣。认识与掌握我国台湾地区的学术期刊的类型、特点等概况不仅有利于推进两岸学术的繁荣发展，也有利于促进两岸的科研机构、科研人员、学者展开更多的学术信息互动。随着人们对体育认识的加深与研究的系统科学化，体育类期刊不仅承载着体育发展的最新研究趋势，同时也肩负着传播体育文化、弘扬体育精神、践行体育价值的时代重任。……
