学业导师人才培养双轨制体系研究

摘 要 文章针对高校大学生创新技术实践及人才培养的机制问题，深入探讨了推进专业导师制的多渠道人才培养模式。首先，对目前学生专业教学中的重理论轻实践的现象进行了原因分析，阐述引入专业导师因素的重要性；其次，对学生业务指导过程中的导师的帮扶作用进行了分析，提出以导师专业方向作为实践依托平台的人才培养观点；最后对当前学生培养过程中的多渠道融合培养问题进行了分析，提出对人才培养过程中的双轨制模式的应用。对目前以创业为人才培养主要目标的应用型人才培养过程具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract In view of the mechanism of College Students' innovation technology practice and personnel training， the training mode of multi channel talents is discussed in depth. First， on the phenomenon of students in the teaching of the theory and practice of light weight were cause analysis， is used in this paper is also the importance of professional teacher factors； next， the tutor of students professional guidance in the process of role in helping to carry on the analysis， put forward to teacher professional direction as the practice of relying on the platform of talent cultivation view. Finally the current student culture of multi-channel fusion training were analyzed， put forward for personnel training in the process of double track mode of application. At present， the main objective of the entrepreneurial talent training for the application of personnel training process has a certain reference value.

随着国家科技发展主导方向的确立，创新人才培养模式与体系建设受到越来越多的关注。在科技信息快速发展的21世纪，创新型、复合型人才培养质量成为衡量高校人才培养的关键指标。在这一时代背景下，探讨创新人才的培养方式和过程具有重要的现实意义。①②我校计算机科学与工程学院及物联网工程专业早在多年前就积极探索专业导师制结合的创新人才培养机制，并大力推行以专业导师为主导，多渠道融合的人才培养环境，经多年的实践探索，逐渐形成了特色鲜明、成效显著的人才培养机制，特别是在学生的实践创新能力培养方面，通过多渠道、高平台、宽途径的联合培养，学生的专业技能和创新能力得到大幅度的提升，为创新人才培养的目标探索出一条可行的道路。……
