高校二级学院加强毕业生就业帮扶策略探析

摘 要 二级学院是高等教育由精英型迈向大众化的产物，二级学院毕业生的就业质量直接关系到其生存和发展。因此，二级学院必须积极探索毕业生就业帮扶有效策略，才能有效增强就业率与就业质量。本文分析了二级学院加强毕业生就业帮扶举措，对高校就业工作具有较大理论和实践指导意义。

College Graduates in the Associate Colleges

——Take Shandong University of Technology Institute of Physical Education as an example

Abstract Associated college is the product of higher education from elite to popular， the quality of employment of graduates of the associate college is directly related to their survival and development. Therefore， the associate colleges must actively explore effective strategies for the employment of graduates， in order to effectively enhance the quality of employment and employment. This paper analyzes the two colleges and universities to strengthen the employment of graduates employment measures， the university employment work has great theoretical and practical significance.

目前，二级学院毕业生数量多、专业就业方向不明晰、就业期望值高。鉴于当前的情况，二级学院需加强思想引导，树立优先就业理念。引导学生时，注意把握以下三个原则：一是认清就业形势，二是解除后顾之忧，三是鼓励积极就业。为进一步做好二级学院毕业生就业工作，山东理工大学体育学院进行了有益探索。

完善工作领导小组。落实就业工作“一把手”工程。学院成立了院长担任组长的学院就业工作领导小组。由学院分管学生工作的副书记任副组长，学生科科长、毕业班辅导员和学生组织就业服务部部长任组员的就业工作领导小组。领导小组切实发挥作用，党政齐抓共管，研究就业工作重大问题和难点工作，动员教职工及相关社会资源参与就业，调动学生主动成才、积极就业的能动性，为就业工作顺利开展提供坚强的组织保障。①

组织开展就业报告会。加强毕业生教育，引导学生树立正确的就业观。每年邀请校内外就业指导方面专家来院作不少于2场的就业报告会，注重发挥已毕业校友在毕业生中的影响，引导毕业生积极就业。……
