军事训练致急性闭合性软组织损伤临床治疗研究

目的 探究军事训练致急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2015年1月—2016年3月在该院就诊急性闭合性软组织损伤男患者90例，均由于军事训练引起发病，依据不同的治疗方案分为两组，其中常规治疗为对照组，常规治疗后实施中药治疗为实验组，疗程结束后对每一组患者进行症状情况评定和关节活动度评定。结果中药治疗患者的总有效率达到95%，患者VAS评分显著低于常规治疗组，中药组患者在治疗后的症状有了显著性的改善，关节活动度的评分较高。结论 中药治疗事训练致急性闭合性软组织损伤具有良好的临床效果。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the acute closed soft tissue injury induced by military training.Methods Randomly selected from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital for treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury in 80 cases of male patients，disease due to military training，according to the different treatment scheme divided into two groups，of which conventional treatment as control group.After routine treatment implementation as the experimental group，after the end of treatment for each group of patients were symptom assessment and joint activities of evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of.Results The VAS score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group，the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly improved after treatment.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury caused by the treatment has a good clinical effect.

军事训练伤（Military Training Related Injury），顾名思义，其主要是指由于军事训练而使得士兵的组织或者器官发生病理变化，从而进一步阻碍了正常的生理功能［1］。军事训练中的一些项目可能会使患者拉伤、或者扭伤关节、肌肉，等，这些情况均属于急性闭合性软组织损伤，早期对其有效的治疗，有利于患者的恢复。中医上对于治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的理论基础是“活血化瘀”［2］，即认为经络受到了损伤，致使血气不通，所以祛瘀消肿便是治疗的目的。该研究选用活血化瘀膏药对2015年1月—2016年3月在该院就诊急性闭合性软组织损伤男患者90例进行治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤，现报道如下。……
