个性化护理管理在白内障手术患者中的运用

目的 观察白内障手术患者运用个性化护理管理的方法及效果。方法 研究年度2015年1月—2015年11月，纳入白内障手术有74例，抽签分组。37例选择常规护理管理，为对照组；接受个性化护理管理有37例，为观察组。组间比较。结果 两组中观察组的抑郁及焦虑评分改善更明显，并发症率更低，满意度更高，生活质量较高，有显著差异（P＜0.05），且具统计学意义。结论 白内障手术患者开展个性化护理管理，效果佳，且抑郁及焦虑得到显著改善，并发症少，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the method and effect of the application of individual nursing management in operative patients with cataract.Methods 74 cases of patients with cataract operation from January 2015 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each，the control group chose conventional nursing management，the observation group received individual nursing management，and both groups were compared.Results The improvement of depression and anxiety scores in the observation group was more obvious with lower complication rate，higher satisfactory degree and higher quality of life，and there were obvious differences with statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion The effect of individual nursing management for patients with cataract operation is good，and the depression and anxiety are obviously improved，which is worth promotion.

在眼科临床，白内障较常见，且发生率日益增多，致盲率高。分析表明，在手术中开展个性化护理管理，患者可享受到较为高效、优质和全程的服务，护理实现全方位和深层次，有益于医院在社会上维护良好形象［1］。此文研究年度2015年1月—2015年11月，纳入白内障手术有74例，总结个性化护理管理运用的方法及效果，汇报如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究年度2015年1月—2015年11月，纳入白内障手术有74例，抽签分组。37例选择常规护理管理，为对照组，平均（64.42±5.16）岁，年龄47～79岁；女患者有16例，21例男患者；3例糖尿病白内障，15例单纯性白内障，7例外伤性白内障，12例青光眼并发白内障；病程6个月～9年，平均为（4.33±0.57）年，接受个性化护理管理有37例，为观察组，年龄47～78岁，平均年龄（64.34± 5.32）岁，女患者有15例，22例男患者；……
