血站消毒效果监测与质量管理建议分析

目的分析血站消毒效果监测与质量管理。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年12月对血站内空气、物表进行规范消毒监测与质量管理前后，细菌培养分析比较管理前后血站消毒效果。结果2014年1月—12月抽取采血车空气检测合格率72%，血站业务科室及采血屋空气检测合格率86%，实施血站消毒效果监测与质量管理后，采血车空气检测合格率98%，血站业务科室及采血屋空气检测合格率99%，实施血站消毒效果监测与质量管理前后，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血站规范消毒监测与质量管理可以明显提高采血车空气检测合格率，消毒效果得到有效的提高。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the disinfection effectmonitoring in blood station and qualitymanagement.M ethods The air and article surface in blood station from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected,and were given nor‐mative disinfection monitoring and quality management,the bacterial cultivation results were analyzed and the disinfection effect in blood station was obtained before and aftermanagement.Results The air detection qualified rate was 72%in the blood collection vehicle from January 2014 to December 2014 and 86%in the business department in blood station and blood collection room,and after the implementation of disinfection effectmonitoring and qualitymanagement,the air detec‐tion qualified rate was 98%in the blood collection vehicle from January 2014 to December 2014 and 99%in the business department in blood station and blood collection room,and the comparison had statistical significance（P《0.05）.Conclusion The disinfection effectmonitoring in blood station and qualitymanagement can obviously improve the air detection qualified rate in the blood collection vehicle and effectively improve the disinfection effect.

血站消毒监测与质量管理是血站质量管理的基本组成，也是献血人员安全的血液采集质量的重要保证[1]。只有保证血站工作中从采血到制备、检验、贮存到最后的运输等各环节的清洁和消毒安全，才能避免病毒、细菌等进入采集的血液中，防止发生感染[2]。所以，要对血站消毒效果进行监测与质量管理，明确采供血全程的清洁与消毒安全，加强血站的消毒效果监测与质量管理，才能使献血者与受血者身体健康都得到有效的保证，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

随机选取2014年1—12月桂林市中心血站采血车、血站业务科室及采血屋消毒后取各取500例样品进行检测；……
