基层卫生院实施护理安全管理对护理质量的影响研究

目的探究基层卫生院实施护理安全管理对护理质量的影响。方法以2014年基层卫生院护理质量为基准，基层卫生院开展相对应的护理安全管理工作，基于1年的护理安全管理条件下，对2015年基层卫生院护理质量进行评估。结果对比2014年与2015年护理质量，主要包括护理安全评分、基础护理评分、分级护理评分、应急处理评分、护理记录评分、医院感染评分、病区管理评分，2015年明显优于2014年，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对比护理满意度，2015年为96.5%，2014年为84.5%，2015年明显高于2014年，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对基层卫生院，实施护理安全管理措施，有助于提高护理质量，值得广泛推广。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of the implementation of nursing safety management of primary health center on nursing quality.M ethods The corresponding nursing safetymanagementwork was carried out by the primary health center according to the nursing quality in primary health center in 2014，and the nursing quality in primary health center in 2015 was evaluated after 1 year of nursing safety management.Results The nursing qualities mainly including nursing safety score，basic nursing score，classification nursing score，emergency treatment score，nursing record score，hospital infection score and ward management score in 2015 were obviously better than those in 2014，and the differences were obviouswith statistical significance（P＜0.05），the nursing satisfactory degree in 2015 was higher than that in 2014（96.5%vs 84.5%），and the differencewas obviouswith statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of nursing safetymanagementmeasures for the primary health center contributes to improving nursing quality，which isworth wide promotion.

护理安全管理是影响医院医疗质量的重要因素，与护理人员护理整体水平存在密切联系，关系着患者的生命健康［1］。基于资源等因素的影响，基层卫生院相较于大型医院而言，其医护人员综合素质不高。在此背景下，实施护理安全管理措施是提高护理质量的有效方法［2］。与患者接触最多的就是护理人员，因此，护理人员以医嘱为指导，做好患者检查工作，并时刻监督、留意患者病情变化情况，为临床护理效果提供保障［3］。为探究基层卫生院实施护理安全管理对护理质量的影响，于2015年采取护理安全管理方式，取得了一定成效，现报道如下。……
