个性化护理在妇产科护理管理中的应用探讨

目的 探讨个性化护理在妇产科护理管理中的应用情况及其对提高护理质量的积极促进作用。方法 妇产科护理管理中推行护个性化护理，总结汇总营造优良的护患氛围的具体措施，并对应用效果进行调查研究。结果 妇产科广泛开展个性化护理，改善产妇及其家属的护理满意度，提升了医生对个性化护理效果评价。结论 推行个性化护理，有助于产妇从中获得充分的信任感和安全感，促进妇产科护理管理水平的全面提升。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application of individual nursing in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics and positive and promotion effect of improving nursing quality.Methods The individual nursing was promoted in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics，the specific measures of building the excellent and good nurse-patient atmosphere were summarized，and the application effect was surveyed and researched. Results The wide development of individual nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics improves the nursing satisfactory degree of delivery women and their family and improves the doctor’s evaluation of individual nursing effect. Conclusion The promotion of individual nursing contributes to obtaining adequate security and trust sense of delivery women and promotes the overall improvement of nursing management level in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics.

个性化护理是指将患者作为一个具有自我性格和家庭社会特征的整体，针对患者的所患疾病的不同阶段的特点，结合患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、生活习惯、情感特征、家庭社会关系等多方面相互影响，关注患者的个性并给予相应的个性化的护理措施。个性化护理是在整体护理的基础上充分体现有针对性的个性化内涵的一种护理模式［1］。妇产科因其收治的患者的特殊性，使得妇产科的护理管理有别于其他医疗科室，且随着社会的发展妇产科护理管理工作面临着更高的要求和挑战［2］。树立“以人为本”的个性化护理观念，探索新的护理管理模式和体制，充分发挥护理管理的效能，对于提升妇产科整体护理水平具有促进作用［3］。……
