护理管理在小儿康复病房中的作用研究

目的 分析护理管理在小儿康复病房中的作用。方法 调查分析从2015年5月起100例展开系统护理管理后小儿康复病房护理满意度。结果 采取系统护理管理后，未发生护理纠纷事件。护理管理期间家长满意度为89.00%，出院后家长满意度达94%。结论 在小儿康复病房中展开系统护理管理，可提升护理人员护理技巧，减少风险发生率，提高家长满意度，值得推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the role of nursing management in pediatric rehabilitation wards.Methods Investigation and analysis since May 2015，100 cases of open system of nursing management after pediatric rehabilitation ward nursing satisfaction.Results Since on pediatric rehabilitation wards nursing management system，the nursing disputes happened. Nursing management during the parents satisfaction was 89.00%，the parents satisfaction was 94%after discharge.Conclusion In pediatric rehabilitation wards nursing management system，can improve nursing care skills，reduce the incidence of risk，improve parents satisfaction，is worthy of popularization and application.

采取系统护理管理，可提升护理水平，加强护理工作科学性、技术性，为患者提供优质护理服务，同时也能强化医疗、护理工作质量。其中小儿康复病房具有一定特殊性，在临床护理过程中，采取常规护理无法满足其特殊性［1-2］。所以，系统护理管理有着重要作用。该文主要分析护理管理在小儿康复病房中的作用，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

调查分析从2015年5月起展开系统护理管理后小儿康复病房患儿100例，其中，40例女，60例男；年龄为5个月～10岁，平均为（5.34±1.09）岁；脑外伤后遗症8例，脑炎后遗症恢复期20例，脑瘫疾病30例，中枢协调障碍42例。

1.2护理管理方法

设立组长。在展开系统护理管理时，需设立组长，这可以充分发挥组织协调作用。组长在当班时可按照权限合理分配人力资源，抢救中组长也能发挥配合作用。此外，在护理人员需技术指导或者是有急需解决问题时，组长也可发挥作用，尤其是当班时，组长还能监督护理人员工作质量与工作情况，发挥管理制度效用，保证护理人员认真尽责。……
