健康管理在结核患者护理中的应用分析

目的探讨健康管理在结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年12月该院收治的肺结核患者，共计156例。以随机数字表为分组原则将156例患者平均分为两组，即研究组与对照组各78例。对照组应用常规健康教育干预，研究组在此基础上应用健康管理干预。结果研究组治疗依从率100.00%，高于对照组84.62%（P＜0.05）；随访6个月，研究组痰菌转阴率96.15%，高于对照组83.33%（P＜0.05）；研究组社会、躯体、角色、情绪各项评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论健康教育干预在结核病患者中具有显著应用效果，有效提高了治疗依从性，保证治疗效果与生活质量。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application effect of health management intervention in the nursing of patients with tuberculosis.Methods 156 patients with tuberculosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 78 cases in each，the control group adopted routine health education intervention，while the research group adopted health management intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The treatment compliance rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group，（100.00%vs 84.62%）P＜0.05，the 6-month follow-up showed that the sputum bacterium negative rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（96.15%vs 83.33%），P＜0.05，and various scores such as society，body，role and emotion in the research group were higher than those in the control group，P＜0.05.Conclusion The application effect of health education intervention in patients with tuberculosis is obvious，which can effectively improve the treatment compliance and ensure the treatment effect and quality of life.

结核病是影响人类健康的重要公共卫生问题。近年来，随着我国交通行业的发展及人口流动量的增长，该病的发生率也呈显著递增的趋势［1］。由于结核病病程较长，临床治疗中往往需要采取联合用药方案，药物不良反应较多，加之患者缺少对疾病的认知，这使得治疗依从性大打折扣［2］。因此，采取有效的管理措施强化结核病患者的治疗依从性，保证其生活质量十分必要。2014年1月—2015年12月，该院对78例结核病患者应用了健康管理，收效肯定，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法
