生肌玉红膏联合氧气雾化治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的临床研究*

生肌玉红膏联合氧气雾化治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的临床研究*

目的 观察生肌玉红膏联合氧气雾化技术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的疗效和作用机制。方法 将80例Ⅱ～Ⅲ期老年压疮患者按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，各40例。实验组用敏感抗生素配置而成的雾化液经氧气雾化技术对压疮局部创面供氧后涂敷生肌玉红膏，对照组单用生肌玉膏涂敷治疗，两组4周为1个疗程，均每日换药，分别于治疗第3、7、14、21、28日观察创面显效时间、愈合时间；治疗后评价综合疗效。结果实验组治疗第3、7、14、21、28日不同时间段疗效均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者创面显效时间、愈合时间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 生肌玉红膏可以安全用于治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮，联合氧气雾化创面治疗方法通过促进肉芽组织生长，有效减少渗液来提高创面愈合率，缩短治疗时间，减轻患者痛苦，提高病员生存质量。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effect and mechanism of Shengji yuhong decoction combined with oxygen atomization onⅡ～Ⅲpressure ulcer.Methods：80 cases withⅡ～Ⅲelderly pressure ulcer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，40 cases in each.Atomized liquid set by sensitive antibodies was oxygen supplied to the pressure ulcer parts in the experimental group，following with Shengji yuhong decoction.The control group were only treated by Shengji yuhong decoction.A course of treatment lasted four weeks are and the medicine was changed every day.On the 3rd，7th，14th，21st，28thday，the effective time and healing time of surface wound were observed.Comprehensive curative effects were evaluated after treatment.Results：The curative effects of the experimental group on the 3rd，7th，14th，21st，28thday during treatment were significantly better than those of the control group（P＜0.05）.The differences of effective time and healing time between two groups had statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Shengji yuhong decoction can be safely used to treatⅡ～Ⅲpressure ulcer and the combination with oxygen atomization surface wound treatment can effectively reduce exudate to increase healing rate of surface wound through promoting granulation tissue growth.Therefore，this can decrease the treatment time，alleviate patients'pain and increase patients′living quality.
