中西医结合治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及预后分析*

目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性冠脉综合征患者的疗效及预后分析。方法 将150例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组用单纯西医治疗，观察组在此基础上加中药联合治疗。对比两组患者的心功能、疗效、不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率96.00%高于对照组的84.00%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血脂水平、心功能指标较治疗前明显改善（均P＜0.05），且观察组治疗后血脂各水平、心功能指标均优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组的16.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 急性冠脉综合征患者采用中西医结合治疗可改善患者心肌缺血、血液循环情况，效果显著，安全性好。

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze curative effect and prognosis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods：150 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，75 cases in each.The control group took only Western Medicine treatment，while the observation group added Chinese and Western medicine.The heart function，curative effects and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%，higher than that of the control group 84.00%（P＜0.05）.After treatment，the blood lipid levels and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（P＜0.05），and the observation group was superior to the control group（P＜0.05）.The adverse reaction of the observation group（4.00%）was lower than that of the control group（16.00%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with acute coronary syndrome can improve myocardial ischemia，blood circulation.The effect is remarkable，and the security is good.

饮食结构变化、老龄化速度加快导致急性冠状综合征患者的发病率逐年增加［1］。急性冠脉综合征是冠状动脉内斑块破溃、侵蚀导致血栓形成，造成病变血管阻塞［2］。急性冠脉综合征主要发病原因为动脉不稳定粥样斑块破裂［3］。动脉不稳定粥样斑块的稳定和溶栓是治疗急性冠脉综合征的主要方法［4］，单纯西医治疗过程中患者病情变化反复、耐受性差、不良反应较多、

疗效差［5］。本研究采用中西医结合对急性冠脉综合征患者进行治疗效果良好。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 病例选择 所选病例均符合美国心脏协会、心脏病学会急性冠脉综合征的诊断标准。……
