塑胶跑道中TDI的检测方法及管理现状

【摘 要】随着毒跑道事件的曝光，全国中小学生的身体健康受到严重威胁，各种塑胶跑道的质量安全问题也引起了公众的极大关注。塑胶跑道当中主要存在的有毒有害物质主要是TDI。TDI有毒，会刺激人体的黏膜，引起咳嗽、呕吐，严重者会头晕等症状，如果是小孩，可能就会发生报道中流鼻血的症状。如果长时间的吸入TDI就可能对肾脏、肝脏等脏器造成伤害，这就表明我们研究塑胶跑道的重要性。本文对塑胶跑道中的有毒有害物质进行研究和分析，从而让人们真正的了解塑胶跑道。

Detection Method and Management Status of TDI in Plastic Track

【Abstract】With exposure of tainted track events， the health of the primary and middle school students causes a serious threat， the quality safety problems of all kinds of plastic track also caused great concern in the public. Plastic track has a lot of toxic and harmful substances， the primary substance is TDI.TDI is toxic， which will stimulate the body mucosa， causes cough， vomiting， etc. If its a child may reported flowing nosebleed symptoms. If long time inhalation of TDI may in the kidneys， liver and other organ damage， which shows the importance of our study of plastic runway. This paper on plastic runway of toxic and harmful substances of research and analysis， so that people truly understand plastic runway.

0 前言

很多人都喜欢在学校的塑胶跑道上运动，跑步、踢球等，可是在运动的过程中，总是可以闻到一种气味。不管是新建的塑胶跑道还是投入使用一段时间的塑胶跑道或多或少都会散发出一种气味，新建的塑胶跑道气味更为浓烈。在全国中小学、幼儿园，不少孩子头晕、起疹、流鼻血，有的甚至戴口罩上课，这些都是这种气味造成的。这件事引发了社会各界的广泛关注和思考。因此，对塑胶跑道中的有毒有害物质、TDI的检测方法等方面进行研究也就显得尤为必要。

1 塑胶跑道概述

1.1 塑胶跑道简介

塑胶跑道最早是在美国出现的，又称为全天候田径运动跑道，它的主要成分有混合聚醚、聚氨酯预聚体、混合聚醚、废旧轮胎橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）橡胶粒和聚氨基甲酸酯（PU）颗粒，此外还有一些辅料，例如，填料、颜料、合剂等。

塑胶跑道平坦性好、耐压、耐磨、使用寿命长，硬度和弹性都较为适中。……
