关于重游意愿的研究综述

【摘 要】近年来，旅游地项目同质化等原因导致了旅游地之间的竞争日益加剧，忠诚游客的价值得以持续彰显，国内外关于旅游地重游意愿的研究逐渐增多，本研究通过对相关文献进行分类、整理、分析，指出国外研究的成果主要集中在重游意愿与忠诚度关系研究，重游意愿影响因素以及测度方法等方面；国内研究主要集中于重游意愿概念的界定和测度方法，影响因素等方面。最后，研究对于国内外重游意愿研究做了全面的总结，并且提出了日后的研究建议。

【Abstract】In recent years， as competition between tourism increasingly fierce， the value of loyal visitors continued to demonstrate， revisit intention ，as a tool of predicting Tourism revisit rate，the research on revisit intention has being gradually increasing， through the classification， collation and analysis of the relevant literature， this paper summarized the research results at home and abroad on revisit intention， found out the results of foreign research focused on aspects of loyalty and willingness to revisit ，the Factors of revisit intention and the measurement methods of revisit intention； The domestic research focused on the concepts of revisit intention and measurement methods， the Factors of revisit intention. Finally， paper overviewed the research on the revisit intention home and abroad and gave a comprehensive summary and made recommendations for future research.

0 前言

伴随着旅游地之间的竞争日趋激烈，与维持旧市场相比，开拓新客源市场需要旅游地花费更多营销成本，因此吸引游客故地重游成了降低成本、维持游客数量、实现稳定收入的重要手段。在旅游业中，重游游客还会向其亲友和其他潜在客源进行宣传。重游对旅游地持续发展具有重要意义，因此，作为重游预测工具的重游意愿成为旅游学界关注的一个重要主题。

1 国外关于重游意愿的研究综述

国外学者较早的关注到了重游意愿的存在，相关的研究起步也早，目前的研究成果较为丰富，主要集中在重游意愿与忠诚度之间的关系研究、重游意愿的影响因素、重游意愿的测度方法方面。

1.1 重游意愿与忠诚度的关系研究

在旅游地游客忠诚度的研究中，多数学者都己经认可并引述由Day[1]和Backman&Crompton[2]倡导的“行为性忠诚”和“态度性忠诚”的二维忠诚结构。……
