大学师生需求发展分析

摘 要 师生是大学存在的根基。大学师生的需求是大学发展的驱动力，两者除了不同的物质需求基础外，分别有着不同的阶段性需求。教师有着教学发展、专业发展、个人发展和组织发展的需求，学生有学习、情感、个性展示和择业的需求，且在不同的时间段需求的偏向有所不同。了解阶段性的需求特点有助于大学有针对性的制定政策进行管理，需求的有效满足有利于大学的健康快速发展。

Abstract Teachers and students are the foundation of the existence of the university. University teachers and students demand is the driving force of the development of the University， both in addition to different material needs basis， there are different stages of demand. Teachers have the needs of teaching development， professional development， personal development and organizational development， students have learning， emotion， personality display and career needs， and in different time period of the different needs of different. To understand the characteristics of the stage needs to help the university to formulate policies for the management， the demand for effective to meet the Universitys healthy and rapid development.

教师和学生是大学构成的最基本要素。教师对大学来说是极其重要的资源，是大学的核心竞争力，其发展关系到大学功能的有效实现，而学生的发展则关系到知识和文化的传承以及服务社会发展的效率。他们的存在和关系体现着大学个体特点和发展特色。对于这一师生群体，我们往往从“教书育人”和“知识学习”角度赋予“教”和“学”的任务，当然这也是教和学的需求。然而，面对新形势下教学的疲乏和危机，重新审视这一群体的行为，探究其需求，引入新鲜的激励等驱动机制，激活群体活力对大学的发展尤为重要。

1 大学师生需求发展

大学师生作为人有其自然属性和社会属性，与一般的人没有区别，这是研究师生需求的基础，有别于大学师生作为赋予社会责任担当作为前提的研究。大学是知识的天堂，具有时间积累过程，因此，师生的需求随着时代不同而有所不同，即需求的时代特点。……
