产业需求下时尚设计人才实践能力的深化训练

摘 要：产业需求对时尚设计师的实践能力有深化训练需求，文章以毕业设计为例进行深入实践、复合实践和创新实践的训练。训练方式包括对学生的分类辅导、复合型教师团队的分段式辅导与关键节点控制、三结合方式、多维教学手段运用等。实践作品取得了大赛获奖、专利，企业收购等成效。

Industry Needs Deepen the Training of the Fashion Designers Practical Ability， Take Explore about Graduation Design as an Example

Abstract ：New industry needs let the fashion designer to deepen the practical ability.This paper take graduation design as an example. It makes the students to deep practice， composite practice and innovation practice. The training methods including classified guidance，compound teacher team to subsection guidance and node ontrol，three binding mode，multidimensional teaching method application and so on. The practical works of fashion design achieve the competition award，patent and buyed by the ebterprise.

一、缘起

浙江省2015年政府工作报告中指出，浙江省的重要任务之一是发展信息、环保、健康、旅游、时尚、金融、高端装备制造等七大产业，加快形成以高端制造业和现代服务业为主体的产业结构。与此同时，政府印发了《浙江省时尚产业发展规划纲要（2014-2020）》中指出：浙江省已经形成了杭州女装、宁波男装、温州鞋业等一批在全国具有影响力的特色产业集群，具有一定的创意设计能力。但是总体而言，存在不少问题和制约瓶颈，一是研发能力不足，时尚设计专业人才缺乏，尤其缺乏一批具有国际水平的设计领军人物……①作为报告指出的时尚产业和时尚设计人员具有高度实践特性，而新的产业需求对时尚设计人才的实践能力有了新的需求。需要有专项实践的设计人才以对应女装、男装等特色产业的人才需求；需要有复合型实践的高端设计人才以对于设计领军人物的缺乏；需要有原创实践的创新型人才对应时尚设计人才的缺乏。高校承担着时尚人才的培养重任。
