混合式学习中学习支持服务体系的构建

摘 要：课堂面授学习与网络学习结合混合式学习模式已成高校教改有效方式，如何有效开展混合式学习，构建适合该模式的学习支持服务，激发学生学习自主性成为核心问题。文章结合高职手绘辅助设计类课程实践探索，采取对照试验和问卷调查法，分析课程传统教学存在问题，提出从人员服务体系、资源服务体系、环境服务体系、活动服务体系四个维度组成学习支持服务框架。通过四维体系在课程实践中研究，建构混合式学习中学习支持服务体系理念。

The Construction of Learning Support Service System in Blended Learning， the Practice and Exploration of Hand Drawing Aided Design Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract ：The classroom learning and network learning with the blended learning mode has become the effective way of the education reform， how to effectively carry out the blended learning， stimulate students learning autonomy has become a core issue. This paper take control of test and questionnaire， put forward from the staff support service， resources support services， environmental services， service support activities in support. Through the study of the four dimensional system in curriculum practice， the concept of learning support service system in blended learning is constructed.

混合式学习将多种信息技术、学习技巧、学习内容、学习媒体和学习环境相互交叉和融合，适当使用信息技术，诸如网络、音频等数字媒体，通过对学习者学习风格和水平特征分析、课程教学内容和实际环境综合评估，充分结合课堂教学中师生面对面交互和基于多媒体网络下的教学模式两者优势并实现互补，达到学生认知的最佳效果。笔者从学习支持服务的构建理论和概念界定出发，结合混合式学习特点，以高职手绘辅助设计类代表课程为例，提出混合式学习中学习支持服务体系的构建。

一、学习支持服务概念界定

在国内近几年，学习支持服务研究经历了“借鉴国外理论经验——理论用于实践——实践解决问题”这一系列过程。学习支持服务中狭义的概念，即区别于广义的学习支持服务观，认为它仅存在传统教育中的师生和生生之间的面对面交互中。……
