以自主创新能力为核心的大学生科技训练体系构建

摘 要：构建以自主创新能力为核心的大学生科技训练体系是一项系统性的教育工程。提出具有创新精神的大学生科技训练体系的构建理念，建立自主、开放型科技创新实践基地，添置丰富的机器人教育设备，完善大学生科技能力的训练及培养过程，加强学生科技协会和指导教师团队建设，形成“基础工程、专项强化、综合训练、自主创新”的多阶段、阶梯式训练体系。学生在全国性学生科技竞赛、创新创业方面有卓越表现，体系建设取得很好成效。

System Construction of Technology Training for Undergraduate With the Core of Independent Innovation Ability

Abstract：Constructing the system of technology training for undergraduates with the core of independent innovation ability is a project of systematic education.The idea of system construction is proposed， independent and open technology inncvation base is built and meanwhile a variety of educational robot devices are possessed，the procedure of ability training and cultivation is improved，undergraduate technology association and guiding teacher team are both enhanced，and then the training system which consists of multiple steps and grades of “basic engineering，special training，integrated practice and independent innovation” is formed.Excellent progress in series of national technology competition and innovation and undertaking are made by undergraduates.It is proved that thesystemhas a considerable effect.

科技活動是培养和提高大学生创新和实践水平、能力以及自身素质的一种有效途径；积极开展大学生科技创新实践活动，加强和培养大学生的创新精神和实践能力，是高等学校面临的紧迫而重要的任务[1]。因而，构建有效的大学生科技创新能力训练体系对大学生的创新能力和应用能力培养可以起到良好训练作用，其重要性和必要性毋庸置疑。显然，以自主创新能力为核心，如何构建行之有效的大学生科技创新训练体系，保证训练效果、扩大学生的受益面和受益程度是一项系统性的教育工程，也正是该课题的研究重点。该课题的主要工作所涵盖的内容有：创新理念、建设自主、开放的科技创新实践基地，科技创新能力训练培养全过程的细化和完善，学生科技协会良好的组织管理和基础培训能力提高，项目指导教师团队的创新训练指导能力提升，形成有效的训练体系等。……
