农村中小学教师专业发展的困境与突破

摘 要 教师素质在很大程度上决定着教育发展质量，教师专业化教育质量提升的必由之路。但我国当前教师专业发展总体水平仍然較低，尤其是广大农村中小学教师。农村中小学教师在专业发展道路上仍面临诸如制度、经济、自我以及专业引领等方面的困境，制约了农村中小学师资队伍的个体及整体专业水平。针对这种情况，需要考虑从制度完善、专项经费投入、自我发展意识增强和专业发展动力激发，专家参与等角度来开辟农村中小学教师专业发展的破境发展之路。

Abstract The quality of teachers determines the quality of educational development in a great extent， and it is the only way for teachers to develop and improve the quality of education. But the overall level of teacher professional development in our country is still low， especially in rural primary and middle school teachers. Teachers in rural primary and secondary schools still face difficulties in such aspects as system， economy， self and professional guidance， which restrict the individual and professional level of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools. In view of this situation， we need to consider the perfection of the system， special funding， self development consciousness and professional development power excitation， other experts point to open up the rural teachers' professional development in the development of the road to destroy the environment.

教师专业化发展早已成为一个世界性的潮流，我国教育界也在积极推动教师发展走专业化道路，在实践中，从教师的职前培养、入职教育和在职培训等各个环节都针对教师专业发展进行了相应的调整并取得了不菲的成就。但由于起步较晚，再加上教师学历结构、年龄结构等参差不齐，在教师专业化发展上面仍然与发达国家存在较大的差距，即便是国内，也存在巨大的区域差距，尤其是广大农村地区中小学教师的专业发展总体上仍处于较低水平。
