网络环境下机关思想政治工作研究

摘要：目前互联网发展迅速，对于思想政治工作也越来越多的遇到调整，文章立足网络语境高速、充足提升的时期背景，以国家各机关单位为研究视角，从政工活动面临的机遇与挑战两个维度全面分析目前政府各机关单位思政业务的新趋势、新特征、新要求，并结合近三十年政府各机关单位思想政治实践，初探网络语境条件下做好政府各机关单位政工活动的几点对策。

Abstract：The Internet is developing rapidly at present，the ideological and political work is also more and more of the adjustment，the article based on the background of high-speed network context，adequate promotion period，from the Angle of state agencies units，administrative activities facing the opportunities and challenges from two dimensions of a comprehensive analysis of the current government agencies unit education business of new trends，new features and new requirements，government agencies and combining the recent 30 years unit of ideological and political practice，a preliminary study of network context do government agencies under the condition of unit Labour activities of several countermeasures.

一、信息網络语境对机关思想政治工作带来的机遇

网络语境的跨时空开放性拓展了政工活动的覆盖面，网络语境是一个虚拟空间，在网络上沟通没有传统意义上的管控者和被管控者，身份的隐蔽性极大消除了人们讨论问题、沟通思想、交换资讯时存在的各种顾虑。而政工活动者亦能够隐匿的身份来参与，接收政府各机关单位业务人员内心的声音，感受这些人的情感，从而深入了解这些工作人员的思想动态，对存在错误思想倾向的积极引导，使其迷途知返。

二、网络语境提升给思想政治活动带来的挑战

传统背景下政工部门开展机关单位人员的思想教育工作，通常有充足的准备材料、准备场地、选择合适培训时间的机会，政工部门工作人员对他人进行的思想教育工作是有准备的，往往能达到较为理想的教育效果。……
